Default Change MousePointer to a Screen Capture?

Hi,

I'd like to be able to change my MousePointer to vbCustom. Then make
vbCustom be sort of a little screen capture that takes a 'picture' of the
field i'm clicking on.

This would be great for drag and drop.

I have seen things online that dance around this but nothing that really
nails it for me.

Anyone know? MS Access help mentions the vbCustom options but gives no
explanation whatsoever how to make it work (wow, big shock right - MS not
explaining something we all could use - hey what do those thousands of
programmers over at MS do all day?... really, I wonder sometimes - maybe they
could spend a few more minutes on their 'help' screens.)
