Default excel 97 setup

I have tried to delete & reinstall excel 97 on win 98 SE.
The excel has stopped working for some reason. I keep
getting an error message. "required yyy.dll is missing"
There are dots over the yyy. Any clue as to what this
means?

I have no idea what yyy.dll is, but maybe this will help:
