another program is using the selected telephony device...
try again after the program is finished.
i receive this message when i attempt to dial a contact from outlook i'm using a blackberry 7250/4.1 software and have to closed all other app's that could possibly use the bb any thoughts?

Not an Outlook issue. Outlook hands off dialing duties to the Windows
