Default awfext32.dll could not be loaded

When opening outlook 2003 we recieve this error: awfext32.dll could not be loaded or installed. We just installed a new server and upgraded from a workgroup to a local domain. What can be done about this error? I have uninstalled outlook and reinstalled it and this doesn't correct the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

At some time or another, Microsoft Fax was installed in this Outlook
Profile. Remove those Fax Server Extensions from the Add-in Manager.
