Default How to restore Auto-Fill with e-mail address

Yes, for some reason, all of my e-mail addresses do not come up anymore
when I try to send a new e-mail. Before, I could just type the first
letter of an address, and all of the previous e-mails that started with
that letter would come up, and I could then select which one I wanted.
For some reason, those are now missing. Is there a way to retrieve
those? I know that the nk2 is still on the computer, but I don't know
how to access it and retrieve the e-mail addresses. Also, I checked to
see if the auto complete box was still checked and it was. Any
assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

These are symptoms of Outlook's not exiting completely thus thus not writing
to its cache. There's no reason to attempt to recover your cache until you
troubleshoot what is keeping Outlook from exiting correctly.
If your cache is of value to you, then I assume you back it up, right?

Russ, I am not sure if those are backed up or not. How can I tell? I
know that my documents and such are backed up, but I am not sure about
e-mails or e-mail addresses. Is there another way to completely exit
Outlook? Thanks so much.
