Default Form Field not populating with Table data

It's been a little bit since I've worked in Access so please bare with me. I have a simple table with 9 fields in it. I created a form that ahs a row for all these fields. My primary key is a field called "WeeksOut." For some reason I can't figure out why this data does not show up in my form but the data in all of the other fields does. Please help.

Post the SQL of the query feeding the form or the source for the form.

When I open up the Preoperty sheet for that field in the form, the control
source is set to "WeeksOut".

I asked for the form source, not field source.
