Well, the easiest way is to add an ampersand character (&) in front of the
letter in the button caption you want to use as a shortcut. For instance, if you have a button to close your form, and you want the Alt+C shortcut to close the form, your command button caption would be: &Close -- --Roger Carlson MS Access MVP Access Database Samples: www.rogersaccesslibrary.com Want answers to your Access questions in your Email?
