Default Section page numbers in TOC

Is it possible to add entries to an existing TOC that reference the last page in each section of a document? If the section page numbers are located in the header, there is no way to mark them as a TC entry. I don't want to remove the page refences already in the TO, I just wsant to add a "Last page in section" reference under each heading level in the TOC for each section. If there are no section page numbers anywhere else in the document, how can this be done? Can I type and then subsequently reference hidden text which refers to this value, or is there some other way?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Put a TC field with the desired text on the last page of each section and
make sure that the TOC is set to pick up TC fields as well as headings.

Thanks for your tip! Is it possible to hide this text
except within the TOC? There are stringent rules for the
formatting of these types of (legal) documents, and this
extra text cannot appear visible, nor alter the section
format in any way.

TC fields are formatted as Hidden by default, just like XE fields. They will
not display unless Hidden text is displayed, and they will not print unless
Hidden text is printed.
