Default Saving multiple attachments - view icon is greyed out

When saving multiple attachments (ok with a single file) you can not change
the folder view. For example you can set the view to details so that you can
choose the sorting order by name.

The same problem happens in both Outlook 2002 & 2003

Any ideas anyone?
Cheers,
Andy
