Default Importing from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003

Does it have to be difficult every step of the way?

Hello. I am trying to import my emails from a backup I have of my Outlook Express files. I use Outlook 2003. I use the Import option and it takes me all the way to choosing the Folder which contains my emails. When I choose it, all I get is a message that says the Folder can not be opened. Nothing else. What can I do?

Thanks.

Start in Outlook Express, instead, and choose Export (File - Export -
Messages). It is designed specifically to do what you want.
