Default Showing multiple records on one page of a form

I'm relatively new to Access so hopefully I will word this question so the experts can understand it.

I need to create a form that is a mini-report of all of the records in a database.
It needs to show about 10 of the 90 fields for each of the records. I have created a form in which the fields are arranged in a box approx. 1" high and as wide as the page. The problem is that only one record shows up per page and you have to use the "Record" box at the bottom to scroll through the records. I need to show as many of these records as will fit on a sheet of paper (say 9 -10). Can anyone help me with this?
