Default Envelope for Single Record

Hello,
I have a form with a client's demographic information on
it. i would like to be able to print an envelope from
this record, but i do not want to have to go to word and
merge all records to get my single envelope. i tried
using a parameter query, but this does not work with
office 2003. any suggestions?

thanks,
Ilan
