Default Master slide question

I had this problem when printing to a mono printer. I solved it by selecting
to print in colour (color) on a mono printer! Strange but it works! Hope this
is helpful to you.

I have a powerpoint template and I want to cover up a portion of the master
slide. The graphics on the master slide are grouped and was done in another
program. I want to put a rectangle to cover up just a small part. I draw a
rectange over the part I want to cover it's a white background and I make the
rectangle white witih no line but when you print a slide the rectangle, the
rectangle show an outline of the rectangle. Is there a way to prevent the
lines on the rectangle from showing when printed.

Best regards,

Dee
