Emailed PPS doesn't show properly
I've completed a custom animation presentation. I've built it so the 45
elements open individually but they should be invisible at the beginning of the presentation. When I send it to email recipients the show won't begin despite mouse clicks. When I send it as a PPT, the entire slide opens which ruins the impact I hoped it would make. Thoughts, comments, suggestions, idle chatter? Thanks! |

Emailed PPS doesn't show properly
I don't understand what this means: " When I send it to email recipients the
show won't begin despite mouse clicks." Could you clarify? Depending on what email application and PowerPoint (or just PPT Viewer) the recipeints have, they may need to save the PPS to their harddrive before double-clicking the file to open it. It should open in show mode, then (as I believe you are already aware). Oh, you know, how did you create the PPS? If you just changed the extension, but you have left Windows set to hide extensions, it's really still a PPT file.... -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/powerpointannoy/ PPTLive! http://www.pptlive.com "Garnet" wrote: I've completed a custom animation presentation.
