Default formatting tables in Powerpoint 2007

Re the following post; how do you do it with Powerpoint 2007 please?

Default formatting tables in Powerpoint 2007

Insert a table, then select it on the slide.

On the Table Tools Design tab, click the arrow beside the Borders button in
the Table Styles group. This displays the types of borders you can choose.
Click one to apply it.

You can also select just specific cells or groups of cells and apply the
border this way. On the Draw Borders group, you can change the size, style
and thickness of the border, then use the Borders button on the Table Styles
group to apply them.
