Hi Garry
Do you mean the old insert - slide from file method? If so, they have hidden it pretty well :-) Home tab - new slide drop down - re-use slide. I would use the control key to select a slide, it stays selected as I move
down the slides to choose some of them.. I am not able to do that now. Is there some other way, or is that the way that you do it? -- Garry Sigman "Lucy Thomson" wrote: Hi Garry I can do that here in 2007 - what is the problem you are having? I can hold ctrl & click on as many slides as I want to select them... Are
you able to use the ctrl&click method elsewhere within the programme (e.g. elements on a slide) and within other programmes (e.g. in windows explorer)?
