Default How can I add Organize button to the Open Dialog Box task bar?

When Open Dialog Box is displayed it does not have an organize button in the
task bar? How do I get an organize button on the task bar in the Open Dialog
Box?

You can add a shortcut to any folder in the My Places bar, which can be seen
in the Open dialog box and a few other dialog boxes (if that's what you are
asking). With the dialog box open, navigate to and select the desired
folder. Then right-click the My Places bar and choose Add 'folder name'
from the context menu.

But I believe Sheila is looking for a shortcut to the Organizer, which can't
be added to the Places Bar.
