Font error

Clicking the Print button often (i.e., in many of the places it's offered) bypasses the Print dialog and sends the file directly to the printer without giving you the opportunity to make any adjustments at all. What am I doing incorrectly? I am using the font for a business card (Avery 8371). I can see it in "Enveloppes and Labels" diaglog box which was taken from the document. Both fonts are 12. I failed to mention that I am using the document for the label and not renting the information in the dialog box. I have done this before and got a 12 for a 12 font printed. There isn't any indication to change the size when I use the Crtl_P except "scale to paper size." I can only Crtl_P for the document and not the "Envelope and Label" dialog box. |

You can select the text in the dialog - right click and format to whatever size you like. The default settings for envelopes are configured in the Envelope Address paragraph style of the current template. For labels it's the normal style that is used. When I right click the fonts in the dialog box it shows that the font is a 12 point. |

Actually, if you select the text in the Labels window and right-click, Font
is one of the shortcut menu options. But if you're using the New Document button to get a sheet of the labels/cards, then you can certainly edit the text directly in the document. -- Suzanne S.
