Default Outook 2003 Installation problems

I attempted to install Office 2003 Professional on a
machine running Windows XP. All of the programs loaded
except for Outlook 2003. When I click on the Outlook in
the Start menu, it starts to open and looks like it is
migrating settings, etc. At that point, the Microsoft
error report dialogue box pops up. It also asks if I want
to start in Safe Mode. However, starting in Safe Mode
also fails. I tried to use Microsoft support but they
require a Product ID. Unfortunately, you can only get the
Product ID for Outlook after you successfully open it.

Any suggestions

Recreate your mailprofile in Control Panel- Mail- button Show Profiles...

Also make sure that all your Outlook Add-ins are Outlook 2003 compatible.
