Default Undeliverable email message

I've been having problems with contacts and my address book. I have followed
advice here and been able to access Contacts, but if I try to use a Contact
address to send an email, it doesn't send. I get the following message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test email
Sent: 25/08/2005 3:43 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
**** on 25/08/2005 3:43 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

I don't have this problem if I "manually" type in the email, but for some
reason it won't allow me to use the Contacts.

Yes, all addresses are correct - this problem is with ALL addresses.

I also have to manually change the address book to Contacts in my new
message before they apppear (yes, I have gone to Contacts "Properties" and
checked "Contacts" in my Outlook Address Book), and I have to do this with
EVERY new message - it doesn't seem to retain the Contacts.

Any other ideas?
