See data from an existing table in a form
No sure what I did....but I can no longer see my existing data in the table
on my form; my form will only allow me to input new data. Anybody have an idea on what to check in the form to allow me to see the existing data in the table? -- Heiko K Stugg |

Set the form's Data Entry property to No.

See data from an existing table in a form
Ok...Works well when I am just using the form; but when viewing the form
through the switchboard it still will not allow be to see any of the existing records. Can the switchboard be changing the value of that form? -- Heiko K Stugg "Allen Browne" wrote: Set the form's Data Entry property to No. -- Allen Browne - Microsoft MVP. Perth, Western Australia. Check your Switchboard Manager setting for opening the form. Be sure Open
Form in Edit Mode is selected. It sounds like you have Open Form in Add Mode selected.
