Default Changing contacts marked as private

I have hundreds of contacts marked as private. How do I
change them where they ARE NOT marked as private?

In the phone list view, use the field chooser to show the Private column.
Use the Group By box to group by Private. Drag people now grouped as
"Private" to the other part of the screen that isn't.
