Outlook crashes; never worked after installation

I installed Office 2003. Outlook will crash each
and every time since I installed it (it didn't even work
the first time).

1) I did a Repair

2) I did create a new profile.

Anyone got any ideas? Thank you

Was this an upgrade? Find and rename the outcmd.dat and *.srs files - they
are at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Diane, thanks for the suggestion. It was an
upgrade but the files you mentioned were not there.
