Default Moving an old spelling correction file (Dictionary?) to a new version of WORD

I just bought a new system and upgraded to Word 2003 and want to move all my standard spelling corrections (Word 2002) to the new version of word.

Is there someway to move these spelling corrections to the new system?

I have literally 100's of corrections to my lousy but consistant typeing skills.

THANKS!!

The user dictionaries are one or more text files usually called custom.dic -
see tools options spelling custom dictionaries for location. However,
if you allow the Word 2003 to upgrade the earlier version it should retain
all your customisations.

I suspect you mean you added extra things in the AutoCorrect dialog to fix
your common typing mistakes? Those are kept in a different file than the
dictionary. A custom dictionary would hold the words that you had told
Spelling & Grammar to Add, during a check.

To save and exchange AutoCorrect across computers or re-installations:

If you really meant dictionary, post back, or explain clearly what spelling
corrections you mean.
