Default Bookfold printing

Could there be another reason for the printing problem?
i.e. graphics not properly configured
Table not properly configured...

what causes a page to be printed on top of another page?

Default Bookfold printing

I seem to recall that this may have been reported as a bug, but that it may
only affect some printers/printer drivers. See if there is a later driver
for you printer on the printer manufacturer's website.

If it was reported, I can't find a Knowledge Base Article that mentions it,
but there is a possibility that the problem is being caused by the issue
covered in the Knowledge Base Article at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/275994/en-us

Hope this helps.
