Reordering pages in Word 2007
Word is not a page layout application. There are no 'pages' in Word other
than those created by text flow, so cut and paste is the only option ... unless you have a heading style at the start of each 'page' whereby you can set Outline View to display only the headings and then you can drag those headings around, taking with them their sub texts (ie the 'pages'). -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org DonerBee wrote: Is there a quick and easy page to rearrange the order of pages in Word 2007? |

If every page starts with a heading 1 paragraph style and there are no other
heading 1s on the page, you can switch to outline view and --with only the outline level 1 showing-- rearrange or even sort them. *Note: This may work better if page break before is part of the style definition.* I rearrange headings in outline view often, but my files only contain auto/soft page breaks. So please try out this suggestion on a *copy* of your file.
