2007 vs 2003
I am trying to use 2007 for the first time and I need (ant) to get my tool
bar set up similar to how it was for 2003. I will be happy witht he original File, Eit, Tools, Options, Help etc. Can this be done and can I get rid of this "Ribbon"? does it matter that at the top It is Compatability Mode? Matt |

Matt,
Sorry to have to disappoint you but you can't get rid of the ribbon. The only menu that is left, you can find under the Office-button (looks like a pizza, in the upper left corner of the screen). Luckily for you, Patrick Schmidt has an add-in that will let you customize the ribbon: http://pschmid.net/office2007/ribbon...izer/index.php If you are having trouble to find the PowerPoint 2003 commands there is this interactive guide from Microsoft: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/po...490761033.aspx -- Luc Sanders MVP - PowerPoint "Matt" schreef in bericht ... In addition to Luc's suggestions, you can customize the Quick Access
Toolbar. (It's the one at the top of the screen near the pizza button.) Just right-click it and choose Customize. -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] "Matt" wrote in message ...
