Default More than one page typed, but only one shows on screen & prints.

When I type or copy a document with more than one page of text, only the
first page shows on the screen, only one page shows on the print preview, and
only one page prints. To get the remainder of the document, I have to insert
a page break. What setting got screwed up and how do I fix it?

Hi ncteacher,

Make sure your page size (under File|Page Setup) matches the paper size in your printer.

And - though it may sound silly - make sure you aren't in Web Layout, Draft
or Outline view... although that shouldn't have any effect on Print Preview.

Go to Format | Columns and click on the preset picture for One, then OK.
