Default Why the PPT "present slides" (from this presentation)" bottom doe.

i'v just activated the office xp.
the PPT "present slides" (from this presentation)" bottom doesn't function.

instead, its activate another PPT TAKS window.

Any Idea?

I think I faintly understand your question. Try the following:
1. Select "Slide Show" | "Set Up Show..." menu item.
2. Select "Primary monitor" in "Show on" box.
3. Click OK.

Start the slide show: Select "View" | "Slide Show" menu item. If your PPT
version is not English, you may see different set of menu items and dialog
box contents.
