Paste excel table to PowerPoint, insert animation makes font bigge
Hello,
I created table in excel 2007: TEST1 TEST2 TEST3 I copied it and paste special to Power Point 2007. all works fine when I starting a PowerPoint Presentation from the Current Slide (shift+F5). but if I insert animation to the slide like Fade or something else and then start the slide (shift + F5), it change the font and makes them bigger. it happens in every computer I tried. Do you have solution for that? You can try it on you computer and see the problem. paste special table from excel to PowerPoint and insert animation and use shift+F5 to see the results. |

Paste excel table to PowerPoint, insert animation makes font bigge
Hi there
Click Insert, Object and when the dialogue box appears, check Create from File. Following that browse for your Excel Doc and once you have found it, (link it if you wish) click OK. I think you will find it easier to animate your slide if you use this method. It doesn't help.
You can try it yourself: copy excel file by past special to PPT 2007 and then insert animation and display it and the font will change.
