Default How do I email only certain report fields only to a certain person

Hi guys,

I have a report I've created for our new discrepancy system. This form
contains various fields one of which is an email address of the person who is
responsible for the discrepancy. I want to create a button that when clicked
will automatically send an email to whoever is responsible for that report
and will insert the ID of that discrepancy into the body of the email,
preferably in the middle of a sentence of my choosing.

Can this be done and what's the easiest way?

Thanks in advance.
