How do I clear all flags on numerous contacts at once?
I somehow accidently hit either a key combination or icon that flagged every
one of my 1200+ contacts with a follow up flag. I'm clear on how to unflag them one at a time, but how do I select them all and then unflag them? When I have multiple contacts selected the flag option is not available and going through them all one at a time is not going to be my idea of a good time. The other option would be some insight on the key combination or icon I may have hit and then I could just undo the command, but I've entered other commands since the accident and "undo" isn't available to me now. Thanks for any insight you might have! |

Try this:
show them in the Phone List view. Turn on the Advanced Toolbar (leave it on too - it has some good functions!) use the Group By box to group by the Flag field. Un flag at least one COntact. It will appear grouped as None. Drag all the others from their group(s) into the None group. I hope this helps you at least a little bit! AND next time post your version!!!!!!!!!
