I am trying to create a distribution list that includes addresses in both the
To field and the CC field. Is there a way to do this, or must I set up two
separate distribution lists?

No, you need a DL for each field.

How do you do this for either the To or the CC field?
I have an email with lots of addressess in the to line that I can reply to
all - but I want to keep these addresses in a distribution list - how would I
do that?
