Default Editing Queries In Excel 2007

I have several queries in an Excel 2007 workbook pulling data from Access. I
need to modify the properties of the queries, but when attempting to do so
with Edit OLD DEB Query, I receive a message of "Could not use "; file
already in use." and the query properties do not update. Any ideas on how to
solve?

You can to to the Data tab and under Connections see all the connections for
the queries on all the tabs. If you go to the usage tab you can change the
properties, on the definition tab you can change the query (from the command
text or the Edit Query button even though you get the message that the query
cannot be edited using the Query Wizard when using the button), the
connection and the parameters. Hope this helps.
