Default write out number format

I would like my database users to be able to enter the number "3" in a text
box on a form and then when I make a report with the data (from underlying
query of the data) I want that value to read "three". I've searched a bit,
and can't find anything about formatting a number to long-hand, or whatever
it may be called. Is this possible? I know you can make dates go from
1/28/2010 to January 28, but can you help with this?
Thank you in advance.
