How do I get rid of the reviewing toolbar in all applications?
The reviewing toolbar shows up over and over again, no matter how hard I try
to delete it. Since I am the sole user on my home computer and nobody reviews anything, this toolbar is bloody useless and is driving me to distraction along with the automatic features that keep trying to format my documents their way instead of just letting me type the format however I choose!
