Installation errors
During installation of Microsoft Office 2000, an error message comes up
saying that the WDMAIN9.AW can't be found and the installation won't go any further. What is causing this and how can I fix it? |

The file should be on the Office 2000 CD in the
PFILES/MSOFFICE/OFFICE/1033/ folder (1033 is for the U.S.-English version... if you have a different language version, the number will be different). Make sure the CD is clean and scratch-free on the unlabeled side. If you still have problems, try copying the contents of the CD to your hard drive, and installing from the hard drive. lonna wrote: During installation of Microsoft Office 2000, an error message comes up saying that the WDMAIN9.AW can't be found and the installation won't go any further.
