Default How do I get Notes/History from Act! into OL2003 w/BCM?

Tried importing a small Act 5 database into Outlook 2003's
Business Contact Manager, but...

1. All my custom fields just bulk-imported into
the "Comments" section.

2. The Notes/History notes are gone. The "Business
Contact History" in BCM contains the "Activities" from
Act. If I tell it to "show fields" and select "notes," I
get a few random Notes/History from all kinds of records
(as reflected in "Parent" column). The same dozen notes
show up in every BCM contact for which I show notes.

This can't be right. The Notes/History is the critical
part of the Act contact record. There has to be a way to
import all of the Notes/History and have them associated
with the right contact.

I see all kinds of questions being answered, but not this one. Have I
perhaps posted in the wrong NG for OL2003 w/Business Contact Manager? Would
there be a better NG for this?

microsoft.public.outlook.bcm comes to mind. The experts at using the
program hang out there.

Thanks for the reply. I don't see that NG on the MS Support NG site, nor in
my relatively-complete news service.

Try the news server msnews.microsoft.com - it has the complete listings for
all news groups that Microsoft hosts.
