Hi, I was wondering if anyone had an example of a schedule for multiple
people in an orginization. Ie I would like our front desk to be able to book
appointments for the workers given the worker's availability

Default Schedule

If you have things set up properly, Outlook might be the best tool for the
job. You can see what is in their schedule and insert an appointment that
would even give them a reminder.
