Default MS Date & Time Picker - Not able to view by some users

Hi,
I have created a form in Access 2007; which has a MS Date & Time Picker
ActiveX Control (Class - MSCOMCTL2.DTPicker.2). Some users are able to view
it without any problem; but for some users; they are not able to view the
Time Pickers; instead they are able to view a 'white blank' field; where
nothing can be entered or selected in that field. Also they have installed
MSCOMCT2.OCX and MSCOMCTL.OCX under C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder and have also
registered
REGSVR32 MSCOMCTL.OCX. I am not sure how to handle this issue; do they need
to download any addtional ActiveX Plug-ins; if so what is the link? Please
help

Thanks,
NJ
