Outlook 2003: automatically checks read and delivery receipt buttt
Help!! I am ready to scream....
When I view the options in Outlook 2003, the request for read receipt and delivery receipt boxes are unchecked. I open a new message, look at the optoins again, everything's still a OK. I send the email, then boom, I get both delivery and read receipts, and when I open the just-sent email, I see that NOW the delivery and read reciept buttons are in fact checked...!! What is going on?? I've never had this problem before..! It has been a few months since I've used Outlook and the only other change is now I use Comast (as opposed to yahoo) on a cable modem... Please help!!! |

You may have inadvertently set "Read Receipt" and "Delivery Receipt" for all
emails under "Tracking Options". To find out: - Tools | Options | Email Options | Tracking Options - uncheck "Read Receipt" and "Delivery Receipt" "Rosa" wrote: Help!! I am ready to scream.... No, unfortunately that isn't it. All settings show that the read and delivery
receipt request boxes are unchecked. It's only after I send the email does it somehow auto switch them... Hence, my need to scream!!
