All of the sudden, all my e-mails are blank. Even e-mails that I have previously read, but not deleted. MSKB article 825803 says something about "Cannot open a MHTML URL after you install the April 2003 cumlative patich for outlook express". It does seem that this problem started after installing windows update, but I can't really tell. Just one day it was the same as it's always been, the next day all e-mails were blank.
I have have a few viruses, which Norton took care of. Is there a virus that is blanking out e-mail? Any suggestions? I have checked my e-mail security, yes, I can get attachments. I have re-installed Microsoft Works. I have downloaded the newest version of Internet Explorer (where Outlook lives) I have ran Norton over and over. I stumped. |
