Default vcard issue

We have no problem sending vcard when we use action, foward as vcard.
But when we either drop a contact in a message or attach it it is sent
as a message and comes out as a blank web page.

If there a way to have it send as a vcard by default?

We are using Outlook 2003 sp2 and Excahnge 2003 sp2.

Make sure the message is in rich-text format and that Outlook is set not to convert rich-text messages to HTML -- Tools | Options | Mail Format | Internet Format
