"Full Name" in Outlook 2002
When I am inputting a new contact into outlook, I come to a dialogue box
where I click on "Full Name". I put the contacts first name in the "first" box and the last name in the "last" box. After clicking ok, the area in the dialogue across from the "Full name" button consistently shows the last name first and the first name last. If I click the "full name" button again, the first and last names of the contact are appropriately in their correct "first" and "last" positions. One more tidbit--if I enter a contact into my Sony Clie in the same way and then sync to Outlook (through Chapura's Key Contacts Conduit Program), the first and last names are correctly placed within Outlook. What is going on? |

What did you specify as the format for the Full Name field?

I didn't specify any format--The "full name" button is there on the data
entry "form" for a new contact. Where is the ability to specify the format of the full name field? (This field was a field already in Outlook viz., it was not a custom field I created.) Many thanks for replying--hoping to get this straightened out!
