Default Backing up tables on the internet

Hi guys,

I have been backing up my data by exporting them as Excel worksheets to a
stiffy(TransferSpreadsheet).

I would now like to automate the process of placing these tables onto the
personal webspace provided by my ISP(or any other place the user would
like), preferably direct from Access.

I have tried the transferspreadsheet option, giving the full path to the
webspace as

(address modified to prevent unauthorised access). Unfortunately I get an
error saying that Jet cannot find the object(the address).

Any ideas how I should go about doing this?

Thanks in advance.

Kenny
