Convertiong database to access 97
I have created a database in Access XP, however, the end
users are using Access 97. I have converted my database back to a 97 version, but when I try and open it and use it in Access 97 there are problems and errors with it. Is is possible to easily use an Access XP database in Access 97?? |

You have to make sure that you have not used any of the 'enhanced features'
of Access XP. If not you should be ok. The problem I have had is I have to relink any linked tables, since the converter appears to import the tables rather than link them. It might help to know specifically what the 'errors' are. Ed Warren wrote in message ... I have created a database in Access XP, however, the end users are using Access 97.
