Default Access 97

Does anyone know where I can get download access 97
from?? I have Access XP, but I need to develop a database
in Access 97.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

There's nowhere I'm aware of that you can legally download it. While
Microsoft doesn't sell it anymore, it's still a licensable product.

One possibility is to check out sites that specialize in old software
products, such as http://www.emsps.com/oldtools/ or
http://recycledsoftware.com/

Another is to look at someplace like eBay to see whether anyone's trying to
see their old versions (Note, though, that products purchased this way
aren't always legal...)
