Default Automatic coloring of table cells

I gather that you are referring to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) in Word
2007? It can also be moved below the ribbon (which is handy when you've
added a lot more buttons).

By default it has buttons for Save, Undo (with a dropdown), and Redo
according to the reference at
http://office.microsoft.com/assistan...HA100744321033,
but a printout I have of the UI also shows a button for FilePrintDefault.

Koja and whisper, can you check your toolbar in word and tell me how many
items are in there? (It's the customizeable bar that sites above or below
the
large bar, and has the one click shortcut for save, and undo, and things
like
that?) By default it has 3 or 4.
