I wonder if someone can help me. I've just been upgraded to Word 2003 (XP) and unfortunately an existing template I use no longer wants to play ball. I have a template for namebadges. Essentially it is a table (5x4) that prints onto A3 paper with the cells measuring 8.9 x 5.5cm. In these cells, I place a JPG (which is usually a specific brand/graphic) which is to be the basis of each individual Name Badge. In Layout, I make this JPG go "behind text", "not to move with text" etc etc so that then I can place merge fields into each cell and format these so that they appear on top of the JPG. I've now just spent nearly 2 hrs trying to achieve this exactly again in Word 2003 and for the life of me, it will not let me line up the JPG's to the cells. Everytime I get close to having them lined up, they move (of their own free will) to another position. Any advice .....? Thank you very much. Nikki.

See if the information on the following page of fellow MVP Graham Mayor's
website helps:
