Bottom Align
Is there anyway to make text in a bottom aligned cell
STAY at the bottom of the cell when the row breaks across pages? Currently in Word 97 and Word XP the 'Bottom Align' property does NOT keep text at bottom aligned at all if its row breaks across two pages. The text remains at the bottom of the first page rather than the bottom of the cell. Paragraph options; 'keep with next' and 'keep lines together' and Row option 'allow split across pages' do not resolve the above effectively. |

In Word XP if you UNCHECK the "Allow Row to break accross pages" box, then the entire box is put together on the next page. And the text that is bottom alligned is therefor where it should be. ~ But I've got a feeling this isn't acceptable. I don't know what else to try. Two other long-shot solutions: 1: Could you do this in Excel & does excel act differently?? 2: If it's only a few cells could you just put in blank lines manually for the few cells that are a problem? Well, good luck. |
